Cold Brewed is a drink laboratory based in Los Angeles.

We brew Cold Brewed drinks made from the highest quality coffees and teas.
Our signature drink is our Cold Brew and Cola. We start by Cold Brewing Coffee using our specialized techniques to obtain a smooth, chocolatey, liquid espresso. We then freeze the liquid espresso into cubes and combine with Mexican Coca-Cola with real cane sugar!

Cold Brew + Mexican Coke equals love

Our tea beverages are make with Cold Brewed Green Tea frozen into cubes and mixed with fruit tea and sparkling water. The results is a refreshing pickup me up that leaves you light on your feet.

We were contacted by Paper Magazine about a month ago asking us to be a part of the May – Social Networking Issue. Pretty darned honored to be apart of such an awesome publication. So a couple of weeks ago we piled into a warehouse for the photoshoot. A ton of awesome food peeps were there. I’ll list those featured below the photo. Check it out! It’s on Newsstands now.

I was introduced to the caffeinated delights of Cold Brew & Cola, which I am told is all the rage for Hollywood movie insiders, and coming soon to the rest of us. It’s “Mexican” Coke (Coke made with real sugar and not HFCS) poured over frozen coffee ice cubes. When the cubes melt, the drink becomes syrupy…. I’m getting a buzz just from the memory of it all.
